The incumbent upon the direction of the Audit Manager shall be responsible in the proper execution of the audit plans through the applications of the standard auditing practices and techniques. He/she shall be responsible in properly documenting audit works and reports in pursuit of the internal control objectives of asset protection, accurate, and reliable accounting records, adherence to prescribed company policies and procedures and the promotion of operational efficiency.

The Accounting Staff is responsible for the on time processing of payments of the company. Duties involve receiving and checking of RFPs, preparing, monitoring and filing of check vouchers. He/she is responsible to ensure that the payments and documents are valid, complete and in accordance with company's accounting policies and procedure.

The Project Accountant handles project financial reporting and monitoring. Duties involved preparing monthly project financial statements and variance analysis, job costing report, receiving of all project related documents for charging. He/she is responsible for all queries related to assigned project.

The Accounting Supervisor is in charge in supervising, coaching and monitoring of the payable staff and project accountants. Duties involve validating check vouchers and posting of payment entries and journal vouchers on a daily and monthly basis. Prepares and report monthly and quarterly taxes due to BIR. Process yearly business permit renewal and other government reportorial submission and requirements. Responsible in ensuring that all payments are valid and complaint to company policies and procedures.

The Assistant Accounting Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of accounting processes and procedures. He/She also engages in financial analysis management of funds, forecasting, budgeting and reviewing operational performance.
